Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
1.1 Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order for any non-customized product before it has been shipped or downloaded. To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 1.2 Customized Orders: Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once they have been placed, as production begins immediately to meet the customer’s specifications.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1 Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If a customer cancels an order within the specified time frame and before it has been shipped or downloaded, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
2.2 Refunds for Defective Products: If a product is received in a defective or damaged condition, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or downloading. We will arrange for the return of the defective product at our expense and issue a full refund, resolution fix or a replacement, depending on the customer’s preference.
2.3 Refunds as Applicable: Returns and refunds are applicable only on offers or product is specified. If a customer wishes to return a non-stated product or service for any reason, they must notify us within 24-48 hours of purchase.
3. Exceptions:
3.1 Software and Licenses: Due to the nature of software and digital licenses, all sales of software products and licenses are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once the product key or license has been issued, registered or downloaded in the system.
3.2 Services: Services rendered, such as consulting or technical support, are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
